The Atrium

The Atrium at Aventura is a luxury waterfront development with 22 boat slips, a private marina, and a boardwalk. It features two 12-story towers with 192 residences. The recreation area is located on top of the two-floor garage and includes a waterfront swimming pool, whirlpool, sundecks, fitness center, steam and sauna rooms, and a children’s tot lot.
