Sunset Harbour Place

A residential high-rise complex on a 6.5-acre bayfront parcel, this project spearheaded the redevelopment of a neglected warehouse district in Miami Beach. Two 26-story blocks of condominium units are arranged on a North-South axis to take advantage of the views of Miami Beach and the Atlantic Ocean to the East, and Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline to the West. A bayside promenade rings the site, connecting the towers to a new state-of-the-art marina, pool, and landscaped deck with a health club, restaurants, boutiques, and outdoor cafes.
