A stunning beachfront site of 10 acres allowed us to propose a multi-use project consisting of a Resort / Convention Hotel with 750 rooms, two Condominium Towers, and a multipurpose building with a shopping center, 1950 memorabilia, and car museum, office building, and convention facilities facing Biscayne Bay. The oceanfront complex consists of 3 towers over a two-level 1,100-car garage podium. This podium is not visible from the street due to the sloped landscaped front garden. The central tower is the hotel and the side ones are condominiums. On top of the podium, we have located the gardens, swimming pools, Beach Club, cafeterias, movies, and nightclubs. The site and podium landscaping is seamlessly integrated into the site and the beach. A pedestrian bridge over Collins Avenue connects the East facilities with the West building where the Convention Center is located. The Y shape of the Hotel and Condominium Towers maximizes the views and at the same time creates a very stable structure considering the building height and oceanfront location.
