Crown of The Ocean

Seven townhouses were designed to fit in a narrow lot fronting the Atlantic Ocean and with direct access to the beach. Each 3,500 S.F. Units feature a two-car garage, living areas, four bedrooms, and a roof terrace. An elevator connects all levels. The homes feature large windows in order to take advantage of the magnificent views of the ocean and city. The project is sustainably designed for a LEED silver certification.
All units share a swimming pool and each one has a rooftop plunging pool and BBQ area overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
